Shop Day at GisInt
Shop day is a day where classes make a stall with goods that we sell to make a profit so we can go and do fun activities with the money we make. It also teaches us about financial skills and to be a good sales person.

Leadership in Uawa
Afternoon Manaiakalani sharing session. Students showing leadership skills in Uawa and passing on those skills to each other - leaders creating leaders.
Taonga
Congratulations Mathew on being the recipient of today's Turanganui Taonga.
Quite possibly the politest, most well mannered student in the whole school. A true role model for all the RISE values. Thanks for allowing all three of your teachers to be involved in a learning partnership with an incredibly hardworking and diligent student. Your time at Gisborne Intermediate is too quickly coming to an end, but I look forward to sharing in your many successes until then and far beyond.
Science Fair
Science Fair is now officially over with prizegiving last night.
Congratulations to Amber Dearness who finished runner up for the Food Science Award.
Thanks to all the students for their efforts and for the amazing whanau help at home for making it happen.
